Field Service Engineer
The Field Service Engineer plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional technical support to TGW's customers by leveraging expertise in electrical, mechanical, and software systems to maintain, repair, and enhance our clients' equipment.
You'll be working on our sites across Northern Europe often times within a small team but could occasionally be on your own when on-call. The rota will mean you are on-call 1 week in 8 and will be expected to be on a customers site within 4 hours of receiving the call. This call could be anytime, day or night.
You are compensated well for your flexibility and willingness to travel at the drop of a hat. Because of this, the average Field Service Engineer takes home an extra 52.3% of their salary in on-call and overtime payments.
