General Accountant
At TGW Ibérica, part of an international leading group in automated intralogistics solutions, we continue to grow and expand our team. Due to a maternity leave, we are looking to hire a General Accountant who can support the department during this period and subsequently continue on a permanent basis.

WHAT YOU’LL BE HANDLING
- Cost accounting by cost center or project
- Recording and filing of national, intra-community, and international invoices
- Daily accounting entries: suppliers, customers, banks, expenses, corporate cards, etc.
- Issuing and controlling customer invoices
- Purchase Order management and follow-up of approval workflows
- Daily SII reporting and verification of accounting books
- Creation of suppliers and customers in Navision
- Monitoring outstanding balances and managing payments
- Control of travel expenses and corporate credit cards
- Monthly provisions and support during closing processes
- Management of rental and leasing contracts
- Submission of monthly tax returns (Model 349, Intrastat, etc.)
- Preparation of documentation for external audits
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, or similar
- Knowledge of Spanish GAAP (PGC), IFRS, and taxation (VAT; Permanent Establishment is a plus)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in accounting within international groups
- Intermediate level of English
- Strong command of ERP systems (Navision or SAP preferred) and advanced Excel
- Organized, proactive, problem-solving mindset, and strong team player
