Sales Assistant

We are looking for a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our commercial team and ensuring smooth operations. Your mission will be to assist the Chief Sales Officer (CSO), the Head of Sales, and the Sales Project Managers (SPM) in their daily activities, providing administrative and operational support.
WHAT YOU’LL BE HANDLING
- Apply the general charters and strategy of TGW Group's Sales Department (Global Sales Operations) and maintain a continuous relationship.
- Maintain a quality of offer in line with TGW standards.
- Find ways to improve so that offers are readable and clear.
- Assist in and promote the usage of new technologies (AI, Global Data)
- Organize and filter incoming leads for a more effective handling
- Participation and Support in Sales Events
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in sales support and personal assistance
- Strong ability to organize, plan, memorize, persevere, and react to contingency.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office, Navision/SAP
- Proactive person
- Proficiency in Spanish and English
